“Tibby the Tilbury Tote” was created to enhance promotional efforts undertaken by the Tilbury Downtown Revitalization Project. Tibby made an appearance at Council on April 16, 2012.

Tibby, a 7 foot tall friendly mascot loves to shop and be seen in Downtown Tilbury. Tibby encourages others to shop in Tilbury by distributing special edition re-useable Tilbury Shopping Bags.

Tibby is a fan favourite; appears in community parades and has been known to roam the sidewalks in downtown Tilbury. Tibby makes special appearances at local festivals and events – you never know when or where you’re going to see Tibby!

Tibby also spreads good news of the Tilbury Downtown Revitalization Project using social media with nearly 400 fans!!
