Customers Praise Local Businesses and Choose “Tilbury’s Best in Customer Service”

Asked to give their opinions regarding Tilbury’s Best in Customer Service during the Tilbury FunFest Sale Days, customers had their say and they did so with gusto.  Street Party and FunFest Sale organizer, Kathy Cottingham pointed out that those filling out ballots came up with over sixty ways in which Tilbury’s great merchants provide wonderful service to those who visit their businesses.

“What a great tribute to our merchants!” said Cottingham. “We were amazed by the reports of all the things our businesses do to keep their customers happy. It was difficult to determine a winner, but we looked at the number of ballots received, the size of the business, and the comments made by customers. Taking all that into consideration, we were able to come up with this year’s best in customer service: Di’s Cuts and Curls.”

The contest was sponsored by the Tilbury BIA and Cottingham Tire as a way to add some fun to the festivities going on during the Tilbury Family FunFest Street Party and to let businesses know how much they are appreciated by local customers and visitors alike.
