A Call For Artwork For Spring/Summer Banners – Due December 15th
Artwork for Spring and Summer Banners
Who Can Participate: Open to All Ages and Mediums
Subject/Theme: Carolinian Forest (Plant and/or Animal Life)
Banner Size: 28” X 60”
Name Plate Size: 28”X 10” (Space for Sponsoring Company’s Name)
Colours to Be Used: Three -not counting background colour
Needs to be able to be printed on Sunbrella fabric (heavy canvas-like fabric much like you would see used in umbrellas)
Date Due: No later than Dec. 15th at 4:00 p.m.
Location: Kara’s Rose Garden 50 Queen St. E., Tilbury
Judges will pick up to three designs to be used in the spring and summer banners in downtown Tilbury each summer for three years. The winning selections will be acknowledged in a press release to local media along with a photo of the selected winners and their contribution.
All submissions become the property of the Tilbury BIA and applicants agree to allow their submission to be reproduced and used in branding and promotion if desired. The Tilbury BIA reserves the right to make the decision as to whether or not they will use the artwork submitted. If no suitable artwork is submitted, the artists who contributed may be contacted and their artwork surrendered to them.
