ATTENTION PROPERTY OWNERS OF DOWNTOWN TILBURY

For property owners who received a letter with a waiver via mail regarding the Tilbury Downtown Revitalization – sidewalk to face of building, please be advised that should you have interest in allowing the removal and replacement of an additional portion of concrete sidewalk across the front of your property located in downtown Tilbury, you must grant the Municipality of Chatham-Kent the permission to do so.

Please note that signed waivers, witnessed by Natalie Whittal, are due on or before tomorrow, September 10, 2014. Properties for which no form is returned will be skipped. Should you wish to organize a time to sign that is mutually agreeable, please contact Natalie at 519-809-1483.
